Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Workplace Experience Manager to its team. This role will work in California, MD and works Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. This is a contract to hire role that pays $32-34 per hour. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation,an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees employees and daily operations to increase individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• The Experience team members you would oversee are responsible for providing services for a building or campus, with the goal of ensuring that operations and processes align with client needs and objectives.
• Provides supervision of delivery of Workplace Experience Services.
• Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.
• Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
• Supervises Hosts assigned to Experience Services, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, cross-training staff to perform multiple duties as back-up.
• Maintains records of costs incurred by workplace team activities.
• Ensures all billings for business services are invoiced and billed as required. Seeks ways to reduce costs; implements cost savings programs and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Responds to customer requests and complaints regarding Experience Services.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in related fields such as Facilities Management, Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service.
• High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of work experience for every year of higher-level education).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Facilities Management certification.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or relevant vocational training.
