Dental Office Manager - $40 to $45/Hour Benefits

We are opening a brand new, state of the art, multi-specialy practice in the heart of San Diego. Under one roof we will have every type of specialist and a huge on-site lab.

This practice will have 25 operatories to manage with a very large team and up to 6 specialist doctors.

We are looking for a Dental Office Manager with exceptional leadership and time management skills to help us open, set up systems and operate in a manner that gives our patients superior care.

Schedule: Full time Monday to Friday (possibly one Saturday a month).

To be considered for our Dental Office Manager position you must have:

• Experience managing a large multi-specialty dental office and the dental team
• Strong understanding of dental insurances & billing fee-for-service
• The desire to build and develop strong leadership skills
• The ability to work closely with doctors to strategize and continue to grow an awesome practice

Duties for our Dental Office Manager include:

• Oversee day to day operations of the practice
• Managing staff and schedule to ensure top quality care
• Manage patient financial accounts and track patient accounts receivable
• Run team meetings & morning huddles
• Delegate duties to staff to ensure all daily tasks are completed
• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
