Job Description
Torrey Pines Dental Arts has a terrific full-time employment opportunity for an experienced, outgoing Front Office Admin. MUST have dental experience. We are searching for a friendly, organized, and motivated associate with excellent communication skills to join our fast-paced multi-specialty practice. Essential job functions include greeting and checking in patients, answering incoming phone calls, maintaining doctor and hygienist schedules, presenting treatment plans, checking insurance, and collecting payments. Knowledge of dental insurances and eligibility will be most helpful. Our office is very busy; the ideal candidate would have 5 or more years experience and would feel comfortable with multi-tasking. Cross-training and back office dental assisting skills are a plus. Priority will be given to applicants who have experience with Eaglesoft.
