Key Functions/ Basic Duties:

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential opportunities.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define clear and detailed product requirements.
• Ensure alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Work cross functionally to ensure all product requirement documentation is up to date and the voice of the customer is reflected.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to prioritize the product backlog based on strategic goals and customer impact.
• Assist in maintaining a well-defined and prioritized roadmap.
• Assist with planning and hosting events to assist with the launch of new products and programs.
• Support the Product Manager in planning and executing successful product launches.
• Provide actionable recommendations for product improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Additional duties may be assigned.

Education and/ or Experience:

· Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with an interest in Product Management.

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Self-motivated and operates with a sense of urgency.

· Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.

· Deep curiosity for how complex financial systems work, and ability to internalize and analyze this information quickly.

· Data-driven and excellent analytical skills.

· Ability to identify opportunities and act quickly to achieve results.

· Familiarity with Product Management concepts and methodologies is a plus.

· Previous internships or relevant work experience.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English.

Computer Skills:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office. Knowledge and familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or tools that are used for software development
