SMHG Management LLC is Hiring a Systems Administrator Near Eden, UT

Description

An hour north of Salt Lake City, Powder Mountain is a year-round destination for an ongoing program of events and activities - a home to the emergent culture of creativity and collaboration exemplified by the Summit community. Summit Powder Mountain is the largest ski-able resort in North America and is preserving its magical skiing experience for generations to come and to save it from over development. Under supervision of the IT management, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for resolving and assisting in all escalated tier 2 & 3 support tickets. Will be responsible for on-site servers, cloud services, and the administration of Office 365 suite. Administer compliance and security of all company systems for Powder Mountain. May assist with installation and deployment of cables, radios, and networking equipment throughout the properties of Powder Mountain. This position may qualify as a hybrid role that supports remote work with occasional office attendance. 

Requirements

Job Performance Expectations:

  •  Work requires excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with a high technical skill level. 
  •  Position requires frequent interaction with employees, customers, technicians, analysts, and specialists to troubleshoot problems related to the use of single and/or multiple information systems. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision. 
  • O365 Tools developer (Power Platform Tools, Power BI, SharePoint). 
  • Technical responsibility of developing solutions using MS Flow, PowerApps, SharePoint Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, and Client Object Model. 
  • Designs and maintains Office 365 SharePoint Sites and Processes. 
  • Develop custom business forms using Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms. 
  • Assist other team members and business site owners with the implementation of new process automation solutions and provide day-to-day operations support. 
  • Expert knowledge of building apps, page layouts and content types using the O365 API. 
  • Experience in using multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Power automate, and ability to create custom connectors for PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI. 
  • Management of Power BI platform. 
  • Design, build and deploy Power BI solutions (reports and dashboards, visualizations). 
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting of Power BI reporting solutions, including investigation of data issues and data validation.
  • PowerShell experience. 
  • Experience with Teams (Creating Teams, public and Private channels). 
  • Experience data migration between Teams and SharePoint Online. 
  • Experience deploys apps to Teams channels 

Job Requirements and Expectations:

  •  A , Network , Security or other base-level IT certifications. 
  • Microsoft MCSE, Azure or similar. 
  • 2-3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office 365.

  • In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Exchange Hybrid/Online, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Ability to implement and manage Office 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, OneNote, Forms, Yammer, Flow)
  • Proficient with both Windows and Mac operating systems. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 and 2016 
  • Experienced with computer hardware repair and upgrades. 
  • Basic understanding of VoIP systems and devices. 
  • Understanding of IT industry practices and concepts. 
  • Must have a positive attitude and work well in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Available to work after hours, weekends and holidays. 
  • Travel among company buildings and locations. 

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to:

  • Full range of body movements
  • Reach, push, pull, lift, and carry objects that may be heavy (40 lbs)
  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and twisting
  • Walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain
  • Climb/descend stairs/ladders
  • Manual dexterity to operate manual tools and computer equipment on a consistent basis
  • Safely handle hazardous materials
  • Primarily based in an office setting but may require outdoor service. Could be exposed to extreme temperatures, sun and wind exposure, inclement weather (rain, snow, ice) and high altitudes (9,000 ft ).
