Powder is a year-round resort and real estate development project nestled throughout 10,000 acres in the Wasatch Mountains of Northern Utah. Recently acquired by Reed Hastings, the Founder and Executive Chairman at Netflix, our purpose is to spark wonder by creating a unique place that fuses mountain recreation, art, and meaningful connection. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, the Marketing Manager,Real Estate will have the responsibility of driving the execution of real estate tools and collateral, in cooperation with the Powder Real Estate brand standards and guidelines, as it evolves from a local cult classic ski resort into a global second-home alpine community with a sophisticated art, architecture, and outdoor recreation program.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a clear list and timeline for sales assets: That encompasses all tools, collateral and other real estate marketing material needs, along with a respective timeline required for delivery and use, in concert with the sales roadmap
• Development of clear and concise briefs: Where any specific sales tool/collateral may require a more extensive list of requirements to meet the needs of the sales team, develop specific collateral briefs to guide the development decisions and execution by the Powder agency
• Solicit collaboration with the Real Estate team to accurately reflect their needs and timing for sales tools/collateral
• Execution: Oversee project management of real estate assets, both digital, print, and web (e.g. brochures, maps, sales material, email) in direct collaboration with CMO and CSO’s
• Develop a real estate communication calendar in concert with the larger marketing team that reflects a sequence of real estate messaging to key target markets that supports the sales roadmap
• Support the development of website related content where required, in coordination with the marketing team
• SEO & Web Optimization: Manage and optimize web trafficking, SEO, and digital assets to better support sales
• Asset Management: Management of data assets including photo, video, marketing assets in an detail oriented and organized capacity 
• Agency Management Support: Serve as the key management and execution touch point with design, creative, and implementation partners and agencies as it relates to sales assets
• Copywriting: Assist in copy development where needed
• CRM Management: Intermediate to expert experience with Hubspot or CRM contact management in building funnels, campaigns, and asset integrations
