What You’ll Do In This Role:

• Welcome and engage guests with a genuine smile, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
• Proactively circulate throughout the venue to attend to guests, addressing any needs promptly to enhance their experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Efficiently handle guests’ orders, from taking drink and food requests to delivering orders promptly while managing a sizable section with precision.
• Execute flawless food and beverage service for pre-ordered events, ensuring seamless delivery and satisfaction for group gatherings.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the venue, continuously preparing for incoming guests and upholding our high-quality presentation.
• Perform various tasks including pre-bussing, bussing, and table resetting to ensure each guest enjoys a pristine dining environment for their visit.
• Expedite the closing process for guests’ tabs in a timely manner, facilitating smooth transactions and leaving a positive final impression.
• Knowledgeably respond to guests’ inquiries about Pickleball, our beverage offerings, and other aspects of our venue, showcasing our exceptional service and expertise.
• Collaborate closely with team members, fostering a cohesive environment focused on delivering extraordinary service to every guest consistently.
• Demonstrate commitment to excellence by diligently completing assigned sidework and adhering to cleaning checklists, contributing to the overall success of the operation.
