What You’ll Do In This Role:

• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils, maintaining impeccable hygiene standards.
• Efficiently manage kitchen waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles and organizing the dumpster area to uphold cleanliness and orderliness.
• Restock clean serviceware to designated areas such as bars, kitchen lines, or cashier stations, contributing to smooth operations.
• Thoroughly sweep and mop kitchen and dishwashing areas, promoting a tidy and safe working environment.
• Assist in the receiving and storage of food and beverage deliveries, aiding in the organization of inventory and supplies.
• Promptly alert the Kitchen Manager of low stock levels of cleaning and sanitizing products to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Support food preparation and portioning tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist in various kitchen activities.
• Maintain a consistently clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Capably handle physical demands of the role, including lifting objects weighing up to 60 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with team members, prioritizing guest satisfaction and teamwork in all endeavors.
