LOCATION: Lakewood, WA
SCHEDULE: Mon. through Fri. | 8am – 4:30pm

ABOUT THE JOB:
The position of the Logistics Coordinator is to ensure the smooth and timely freight process flow.
JOB DUTIES:
- Build and maintain solid work relationships with staff, management, customers, and vendors
- Make special shipping arrangements as needed
- Tracking freight movement
- Fixing shipping errors
- Reviewing off all shipment involved documents to ensure accuracy
- Notifies of shipment arrivals, availability, and departure schedules
- Coordinate transporatoin provides to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
