Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional support to our merchants, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and technical troubleshooting related to payment processing.

Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all issues.

Utilize your expertise in the payment processing industry to address merchant concerns and provide expert guidance and assistance.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex merchant issues, maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the process.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall merchant experience.

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Previous experience in the payment processing industry is a must.

Exceptional customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the company.

Must be located in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.
