Small Arc Inc is Hiring an Organizational Change Management Consultant Near New York, NY
Salesforce OCM consultant
Duration - 24 months
Onsite
Local to NY.
Experience with Salesforce change management is required
- Bachelors' Degree in related field of study (such as business, management, human resources, instructional design, organizational behavior, or psychology) or equivalent experience
- 10 years of hands-on/applied experience supporting organizational change management initiatives (communications, training, change readiness assessment, impact analysis, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, etc.) on engagements in a relevant industry or consulting environment
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience on technology implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel, Salesforce.com, Workday, SuccessFactors, custom solutions) in a relevant industry or consulting environment
- Demonstrated communications and/or change management experience
- Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow through
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and training development tools (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)

- Provide strategic guidance and consulting services to clients in various industries
- Conduct thorough analysis of client's business operations, processes, and goals
- Develop and implement effective strategies and solutions to improve client's business performance
- Assist in the development of business plans, financial models, and market research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to optimize client's operations
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on project findings and recommendations
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
