Smail Auto Group is a dynamic and innovative leader in the automotive industry, dedicated to providing top-notch services and solutions to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team.

Responsibilities:

· General accounting assistance.

· Warranty product Cancellation.

o Communicate with customers, dealerships, and finance managers to gather necessary information for cancellations.

o Verify documentation and ensure accuracy of cancellation details.

· Accounts payable.

o Verification and reconciliation of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

o Process payments and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeper, or similar role in the automotive industry.

· Proficiency in using CDK or other automotive software and MS Office (especially Excel).

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based upon experience
