We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in technology sales and a passion for building and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
-Knowledge of home appliances or be willing to learn.
-Greets customers and demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
-Helps customers select products, answers questions, and shares product knowledge.
-Creates or updates customer profile records.
-Processes purchases and returns.
-Alerts management of issues
-Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
-Helps with the store opening and closing process.
-Willing work at least 2 weekends a month.
-Willing to work holidays as needed
-Potentially working 20-40 hours a week depending
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be able to use a dolly to move and load appliances.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
