Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. If you have experience in the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive and welcoming experience
- Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Assist in food preparation and ensure that all food items are prepared according to company standards
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a retail environment
- Ability to handle food safely and follow food handling guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player and work well with others
