Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service. Responsibilities: - Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reports - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift - Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls and managing reservations - Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests - Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as safety and security protocols - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience Requirements: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems - Familiarity with night audit procedures is desirable - Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
