Serve as an Assistant, managing varied administrative tasks across her professional and personal activities. Looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who excels at multi-tasking and has strong organizational skills.

Please note that a valid driver’s license and automobile is required for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support busy real estate professional with day to day activities
  • Participate in networking activities and lead conversion
  • Design, maintain and produce marketing material, including Internet and print ads, postcards, flyers and brochures
  • Assist in executing marketing strategies - coordinate direct mail and advertising campaigns
  • Administer social media marketing program

Qualifications and Skills

  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Excited about learning new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong skills with social media, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Publisher, Word) and Google Apps

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
