SLAM is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in either our Glastonbury, CT or Atlanta, GA office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Development of RFQ & RFP responses and other marketing collateral
• Development/maintenance of sector focused boiler plate to be used as master in proposals
• Preparation of interview materials
• Assist with graphic content for client meetings and reports
• Tracking, coordinating and managing events, trade shows, speaking engagements etc.
• Support, preparation, and coordination with trade shows and events sponsored or attended by SLAM
• Maintaining calendar of events, and collection of data used in marketing and reports
• Promote firm through outreach, publications, news releases, social media and creative ways to expand brand in our markets
• Maintain and organize our library of proposal materials including documents, boilerplate text, and imagery
• Manage and collect site cameras and progress photography images
• Utilizing firm-wide graphic standards to assure consistent image in the marketplace

• College degree required/2-3 years of prior marketing support experience preferred
