Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations and performance of multiple locations within the assigned area
- Manage profit and loss for each location, ensuring financial targets are met
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion within the area
- Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support
- Monitor sales performance and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in profit loss management, process improvement, business development, sales, supervising, and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
