Join us to co-create new technologies with our customers that turn science fiction into everyday reality.This Process Sustaining Engineer, Senior Principal will have the responsibility of owning the photolithography tool set and the processes that are integrated within the tool set. S/he will manage development, process improvement, yield and process optimization projects.Responsibilities:Drive continuous improvement of process capability and controls.Collaborate with other functions to solve complex problems and make appropriate engineering-based decisions in a complex manufacturing environment.Lead cross functional projects to improved processes.Drive overall equipment performance to meet company KPI's.Resolve process excursions and drive permanent Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).Work with minimal supervision, balancing competing priorities, to serve the needs of the factory.Advises junior level engineers.Required Qualifications:B.S. or M.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Materials Science, Physics or other relevant engineering discipline is required.15 years Photolithography experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment (process optimization, overlay control, strong understanding of expose tools).Demonstrated experience with structured problem-solving methodology and Design of Experiments (DOE).Prior experiences in JMP and statistical software. Hands-on experiences in overlay metrology, scanners, and steppers. Positive interpersonal skills, highly energetic and self-motivated.Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and deliver results.U.S. Person Required: SkyWater Technology Foundry, Inc. subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
