This maintenance technician position is responsible for: 

• Small handy man jobs (light electrical repairs, plumbing, painting and interior and exterior upkeep)
• Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work.
• Inspection and approval of all move-ins and move-outs
• Supervise maintenance work done on community by outside contractors brought in as deemed necessary by park manager
• Participate in work orders provided by management
• Perform watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing of common areas as well as individual lots
• Shovel snow and drive snowplow in common areas as needed (if applicable)
• Pool Maintenance (if applicable)
• Other duties as assigned by management
