Retail Sales Team Duties:
- Complete paid training on product & service information
- Work in the electronic department of retail stores
- Greet customers upon arrival
- Stay up to date on all products and services offered, as well as consumer electronic trends
- Answering customers questions about products and services
- Suggesting and selling products and services to customers
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Requirements of Sales Team:
- 0-2 years in Customer Service, Sales or Leadership preferred
- 18 years or older
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to self manage when working alone
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Competitive, outgoing personality
