Contract Days: 184 days

Schedule: M-F 7:15-4:15

Salary/Pay: $ 32,000-$36,000

• Provide health room support, including student care, medication dispersal, and injections.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment in the Health Room.
• Maintain detailed student health logs.
• Complete injury reports accurately and promptly.
• Ensures student health concerns are communicated promptly and thoroughly to school administration, including the Head of Schools.
• Provide coverage for the Reception desk, including greeting and visitor check-in as needed.
• Provide services for parents, school employees, and visitors
• Answer phone calls
• Perform office-related tasks, including attendance
• Participate in various projects for administrative staff
• Drive and support implementation of the SVA mission, model the tone and culture of the school, and accept accountability for student achievement
• Communicate proactively with other staff, students, and parents
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Knowledge:

• Experience working in an office setting, preferably a school setting
• Proficient in the use of technology, including Google products and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn and be coachable
