Job Title: Outlet Attendant (Market & Corner Roast)

Job Description: Provide efficient, friendly service to our guests at Skytop Lodge in either The Market or Corner Roast! Gain experience in creating milkshakes, sandwiches, and different varieties of coffees/beverages. We strive to cross train every individual with multiple skill sets.

Reports To: Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager

Primary Duties and Functions:

· Maintain outlet Cleanliness and appearance to exceed guest standards

· Restock items as needed such as coffee beans, milks, ice creams, toppings etc.

· Perform sales transactions on a cash register including cash, card, or room charges as desired

· Putting away/completing orders for restock as necessary

· Strive to provide excellent customer service to guests by greeting them with a friendly and positive attitude while responding quickly and efficiently to their requests.

o The Market: Create sandwiches, ice cream sundaes, milkshakes, floats etc.

o Corner Roast: Create a variety of beverages such as expresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, refreshers, milk teas etc.

Availability: We are looking for individuals who have flexibility in shifts. We range in hours for AM and PM shifts. Skytop Lodge offers many amenities for employees, families, and groups!

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years old

· Must have an open mind while handling customer service

· Perform duties quickly and efficiently 

· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

· Must be able to work alone, without supervision and be self-motivated as well as also being team oriented

· Time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching, walking, and lifting 25 lbs.

· Must have reliable transportation

 Pay Rate: $12/HR gratuity

Hazards Encountered: Hot cooking/temperature equipment, sharp knives can be dangerous if used in a careless manner. Wet or slippery floors and some cleaning chemicals can be hazardous if directions are not followed.
