Job Title: Server 

Job Summary: Multiple locations available! Act as primary server for all guests. Provide guest with exceptional service. Maintain high service standards.

Restaurant Options:

Windsor- Fine dining; 

we serve inventive and inspired traditional cuisine in a classic setting

Lakeview- Upscale casual dining;

We serve inspirational contemporary Mediterranean cuisine

Taproom- Casual Gastro Pub;

offer local craft beers on tap, rare liquors and an array of award-winning wines by the glass pair perfectly with a regional, bistro-style menu

Primary Duties and Functions:

• Input orders into a POS
• Serve guest following sequence of service
• Know menu items and any special circumstances in your station (VIPs, cakes, etc.)
• Get your station ready.
• Ensure tables are cleared for next course.
• Keep your station clean during the meal service period.
• In general, work to create a pleasant experience for your guests in all respects.
• Complete assigned side work

Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Availability:

• Schedule flexible to meet needs. Skytop Lodge offers many amenities for employees and families!
• Part-time, Full-time, and Seasonal positions

Qualifications: 

• Must have an open mind while handling customer service
• Must be able to work alone, without supervision and be self-motivated
• Must be able to work in a team
• Ability to speak, write, and understand English
• Perform duties quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to stand entire shift
• Excellent communications

Physical Demands: Must be able to work and be “on your feet” for long hours each day. Must be able to lift and carry trays ranging in weight from one (1) to fifty (50) pounds. Must be able to assist in the moving of furniture when setups for meals or special functions are in process.

Hazards Encountered: Spills or grease on walking surfaces; broken glassware or china; hot food, dished and beverages.
