SkySource Solutions Inc. is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Medford, MA
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our fortune 500 Global Healthcare team starting at $19.00 per hour and hiring at $20-$21 per hour and thank you. The hours for the position are Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Primary responsibilities are as follows:
Overview
- Will be assisting in the clinic with basic administrative and front-desk functions.
- They will be answering phones, screening and transferring calls, and greeting patients upon arrival.
- Will be responsible for taking patients temperature upon arrival for appointments. Other administrative functions like filing, faxing documents, and distributing mail. Previous front desk experience preferred, but not required.
- Would like to see medical exp. and computer/patient skills.
- The main function of the receptionist is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
- Job Responsibilities: Greets and directs visitors. Provides information and answers the telephone or console switchboard. Receives and sends packages via couriers. Maintains visitor log and/or call record, provides security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions.
- .Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 5-7 years experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
