- Detail-oriented and able to work off checklists.
- Must communicate effectively with guests, homeowners, and staff.
- Mechanically inclined, able to resolve minor maintenance issues.
- Efficient and independent worker, self-starter with a positive attitude. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours as required.
- Must have a valid Colorado driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Provide home pre-arrival, owner, and annual inspections.
- Resolve inspection issues and perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks. Organize and prioritize the inspection schedule.
- Must be able to use company software systems (with training).
- Must have a smartphone.
