SkyRun RMNP in Estes Park, CO is looking for someone to join our Guest Services team. Our ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, motivated and hard working. Possible field work inspecting homes after cleaning.
Job Type: Full-time in the summer with possible part-time in the winter. Weekends required. Flexible days.
Responsibilities
Handling reservations, inquiries and cancellation in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner
Answering phones, emails and company texts to assist guests with all aspects of their stay
Working on assigned projects
Inspecting homes after cleaning to ensure property is ready for arriving guests
Qualifications
Strong Telephone and customer service skills
Hospitality or reservationist experience preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills
Computer experience required
Quick learner
Dedicated work ethic
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
