Job Description: Skyrocket Education Services is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support the Marketing department with all campaigns and media marketing. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the production of multimedia collateral for print and web based marketing. This position will complete the design process from concept to production. Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following: Design graphics, mailers, flyers, brochures, digital decks, presentations, email and social media templates, promotional items, banners, permanent signage, and various other marketing materials per provided specifications. Meet with clients and other stakeholders as needed to determine project scope and design requirements. Create website design mock-ups using Adobe XD. Create original logo designs, revise and modify per feedback and for various brand applications. Access and store design assets in digital libraries per department use guidelines. Actively participate in department brainstorming sessions. On occasion, work with vendors on project specification and pricing as needed; make various formats of supplied artwork print-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production. On occasion, attend client or company events in a general support capacity. Visit client sites to evaluate/recommend signage, window wraps, displays, etc. as needed. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Advanced written and oral communication skills. Advanced graphic design abilities. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Education and Experience: 2 years of professional graphic design experience required. BA/BS preferred or equivalent additional work experience. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. Intermediate Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD skills required. *The specific statements shown in each section of this description are not intended to be all inclusive.
