Our Marketing Team is excited to add a Growth Marketing Specialist who will help drive the client schools initiatives. From boosting enrollment, to contibuting to the sales funnell, this role will allow you to embrace all aspects of creating and supporting robust Google Ads marketing campaigns and other plaforms. If you enjoy having fun and want to share that energy come join the team and apply! **This role is primarily remote with a minimum of 20 days in person at the corporate headquarters in Pasadena, CA. These days are dedicated to company events and client meetings** General Summary: As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Skyrocket Education Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our school clients and our own organization through strategic and data-driven growth marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the entire process of conceiving, implementing, and optimizing growth initiatives that align with the goals of our clients and Skyrocket. You will focus on the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, and often collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members on strategies to optimize every stage. Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, high-converting growth marketing strategies and media plans that align with client and organizational goals. Conduct market research to identify key trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes. Provide strategic guidance to clients on growth marketing best practices. Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end process of conceiving, planning, and executing growth campaigns across various channels, both digital and traditional, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ensure a positive return on investment. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the campaign period. Develop and manage media budgets for each campaign, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI. Negotiate and purchase advertising space across various channels, including digital, print, radio, and television. Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable terms and rates. Develop and execute paid search advertising campaigns on Google Ads platform. Create compelling ad copy that adheres to best practices and encourages click-through rates. Able to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns for best performance Implement retargeting campaigns to engage users who have previously interacted with the brand. Customer Journey Optimization: Focus on the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, employing innovative tactics to enhance user experience at every touchpoint. Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to refine and improve strategies throughout the customer lifecycle. Help identify opportunities to scale business, acquire new customers, and drive customer retention Launch or enhance referral marketing programs Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager, digital marketing, social media, design, email marketing, and other marketing teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns. Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with school clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and tailoring campaigns accordingly. Collaborate with the content team to ensure ad messaging is consistent with overall brand messaging and marketing initiatives. Data Analysis: Leverage analytics tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve optimal results. Conduct A/B testing to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics and engaging all funnels Generate insightful reports for clients on campaign performance Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords for targeting. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Data Analytics A/B Testing Marketing Campaign Management Conversion Rate Optimization Basic User Experience Strategy Project Management Client communication Education and Experience: 5 years of experience in a marketing role Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management Excellent English communication skills Experience in enrollment marketing or a service-based industry is a plus Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus Fluency with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, etc. *The specific statements shown in each section of this description are not intended to be all inclusive.
