Key Responsibilities for Recruiters:

closely with Account Managers to understand divisional hiring needs and job specifications.

innovative sourcing strategies to cultivate a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.

a high volume of outbound calls to effectively engage with qualified candidates.

with account managers to present candidates to clients for placements.

as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and during contract employment.

Recruiters play a pivotal role as intermediaries between employers and job seekers, particularly for roles that demand specialized qualifications and experience. By leveraging databases, social media platforms, and professional networks, recruiters identify suitable candidates efficiently and effectively.
