Job Description

The Guest Experience and Sales Associate will provide information and complete sales transactions while maintaining the highest level of Guest service and delivering Sky Zone WOW throughout the park.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Guests
• Provide information
• Explain Sky Zone court policies and monitor court activity
• Enforce Waiver (Participant Agreement) policies
• Complete sales transactions and handle cash
• Handle concessions orders
• Stock concessions inventory
• Enter data into computer system
• Stock front desk supplies
• Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent Guest service in person and over the phone
• Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle money
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring questions

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00/hour.
