Established Personal Injury law firm is seeking a managing attorney for its litigation department. A minimum of 6 years of recent litigation experience necessary, litigating auto negligence, slip & fall and premise liability claims. Litigation management also a prerequisite for this position.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Manage the litigation file from beginning to end.
• Devise winning litigation strategies.
• Direct and supervise firm's Associate attorneys and paralegals.
• Attend Mediations and Settlement Conferences.
• Negotiate settlements with adjusters and opposing counsel.
• Communicate with clients.
• Take cases to trial as needed with support from our lit team.
• You are NOT required to bring cases to the firm.
• Base pay, PLUS per case commission.

Lucrative bonus structure, in addition to annual salary, is available to the right candidate, which will not be capped and will be based on productivity.
