Sky King Fireworks of Macon, GA is seeking a full-time, year-round Retail Store Manager. Our Retail Store Manager is involved in all operational procedures and retail management functions required to operate the store. This position will require a high level of leadership and previous retail management/supervisory experience required.

Compensation:

• Hourly Range-$17.00 - $20.00 (Estimated annual salary with required overtime $40,000- $50,000.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, scheduling, training and development of staff
• Processing shipments, unloading trucks utilizing dollies, pallet jacks and various warehouse tools to manage receiving of products
• Provide exemplary leadership and expertise in retail sales and customer service
• Build valuable relationships with customers to help grow and retain business
• Maintain the highest standards of operations regarding store merchandising, cleanliness and overall appearance of interior and exterior of the store
• Directly responsible for inventory management process, product/inventory tracking, warehouse inventory, creation and execution of inventory orders
• Record data comprehensive database logging sales, inventory and other pertinent business information
• Support and enforce all company policies procedures
• Process sales transactions
• All other duties assigned by ownership team

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of retail management and/or supervisory level experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel)
• Working required overtime hours during seasonal sales increases between 300- 400 annual overtime hours. 
• Available to work various shifts (including weekends & various holidays)
• Must be available to work extended hours (overtime) during the months of June, July & December and other holidays as needed. 
• Ability to walk, stand and lift (up to 60lbs) for extended periods of time
