Summary: This position is a back up for business office functions, providing work coverage for the various operational work units in the RCBS organization. This includes billing, collections, reimbursement validation, cash posting, mail handling, scanning, sorting, assembly, copying, faxing, and data entry functions. In addition, this position provides training to Associates on RCBS processes as required by the Manager to support new and existing Associates. Responsibilities • Provides back up coverage and support for various positions within RCBS as assigned by the manager • Provides coaching and mentoring for associates on transactional processes assigned

In addition, this position provides training to Associates on RCBS processes as required by the Manager to support new and existing Associates.

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
Prefer minimum of 2 years’ experience with insurance billing, collections, payment, and reimbursement verification and/or refunds Professional and effective written and verbal communication required. Experience working within a multi-facility hospital business office environment preferred
