Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking to fill an Inside Sales/Service Coordinator position in Aurora, CO. Desirable candidates can work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and are highly organized and hard-working.
Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes for service, parts & equipment for outside sales team
• Answers phone calls and respond to emails on a daily basis
• Data entry of sales orders, service orders, purchase orders & inventory transactions
• Work with new and existing customers along with our outside sales team in a wide variety of dynamic industries quoting and entering orders for industrial compressors, blowers, pumps and vacuum pumps
• Generate rental quotes, invoices, and rental agreements accurately
• Process rental payments and deposits in compliance with company policies
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to rental transactions
• Prepare reports on rental activity, including revenue, utilization rates, and customer feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience in rental management, customer service, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and rental management software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
