Inside Sales/Customer Service - $20-$24 hourly/Aurora, CO

Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Descriptions:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues
• Advise sales and management regarding terms of contracts with respect to risk and reliability
• Produce accurate and timely sales reports to the sales department and upper management

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Administrative experience, 2-3 years
• Sales experience, 2-3 years
• Typing skills of 40 wpm
• Good conflict resolution and decision making skills
• Ability to work well in a multi tasking and team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
