    The teacher will instruct middle school students in Mathematics as part of an interdisciplinary instructional team. The teacher will cooperatively work with other classroom teachers, special services team, and complementary subject area teachers. The teacher will be responsible effectively teaching the curriculum to meet individual needs of students, evaluating student progress, and communicating progress to parents.
    Qualifications:
    • Illinois Teaching License with appropriate middle school Mathematics endorsement, required
    • Gifted Education Seminar completed, preferred or must be willing to complete
    • Secondary (Grades 6-12) endorsement, preferred or must be willing to complete
    • English as a Second Language endorsement, preferred or must be willing to complete.
      • Classroom and content area teachers are required to maintain an ESL endorsement, or obtain it within their first four years in the District.
    Salary:
