Date Available: 08/05/2024 Job Summary: The elementary school teacher will instruct a (4) Grade class in basic curriculum areas. The teacher will cooperatively work with other classroom teachers, pupil personnel team, and complementary subject area teachers. The teacher will be responsible for the students of the assigned class, effectively teaching the curriculum to meet individual needs of students, evaluating student progress, and communicating progress to parents. Qualifications:
Illinois Teaching License with appropriate self-contained general education endorsement, required
English as a Second Language endorsement, preferred or must be willing to complete.
Classroom and content area teachers are required to maintain an ESL endorsement, or obtain it within their first four years in the District.
