Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Analyze Operational performance metrics and report results against budget to operation managersProvide statistical and financial reporting on Operational results that is timely and accurate.Prepare month end close analytics, corresponding journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.Analyze production runs to ensure proper consumption of raw materials and packaging with a three part focus on quality, inventory and cost.Understand Post Production role to collaborate and explain causes of waste to management team.Update and analyze plant expenses and review with plant department managers.Assist in monthly forecast and annual budget preparation.Assist in Year End Audit and Close Activities.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. QualificationsAccounting or Finance degree required.Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Finance or related field.Must have strong Excel skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong data collection and analytical skills.Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced and results driven environment.Experience in manufacturing industry or inventory management is a strong asset.CMA / CPA candidates will receive special consideration.
