• Understands the business aspect of aesthetic medicine

• Medical Assistant Duties
• Performs aesthetic consultations with effective “upselling”

SKILLS REQUIRED:.

• Able to follow systems like working in a structured environment with checklists, takes directions well
• Strong active listening skills. Excellent with people, warm, friendly, outgoing, and self-confident
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong work ethic, responsible, trustworthy, professional, poised, and sophisticated in order to sell a luxury service
• Likes working as part of a team, easy to work with, cool-headed, and enjoys working in a busy fast-paced environment
• Must be self motivated, use common sense, and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

Drawing and administering medications

FRONT DESK and Back Office responsibilities

Meet with New Clients, review their concerns/interests and provide treatment and product plan

Explain other services offered in medspa, looking for cross referral and providing best plan for client's treatments and maintenance

Greet & Check In Clients

Prepare photos, consents to be filled out

Answer Phones

Make Appointments

Keep office clean, tidy and restock supplies

Make follow up phone calls and have ability to discuss packages, series and sales

Provide overall support for practitioners and office operations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 26 per week
