• Process orders via phone, email, or mail, ensuring accuracy in prices, discounts, and product numbers.

• Input orders into the system, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

• Develop and maintain filing systems to manage sales records, generate reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

• Maintain active communication with sales representatives to ensure timely order processing.

• Collaborate with various departments to streamline sales, marketing, and delivery processes.

• Assist the sales team in enhancing productivity by scheduling customer appointments.

• Address client inquiries regarding their accounts or sales products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce preferred.

• Previous experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
