Our Commercial Operations organization consists of teams focused in the following areas: Consumer Insights & Analytics, Digital Consumer Experience, Ecommerce Sales Strategy & Operations, and Revenue & Profit Management. These teams work collaboratively with each business unit to maximize our competitive edge in the marketplace. **Job Summary**

***Remote role! When we return to office, this role will have flexibility to work from home along with occasional travel to our St. Louis, MO and Madison, WI area offices.***

The **Senior Manager, Retail Media** will lead the strategy , techniques , and tactics used to increase online revenue through our paid media efforts across Walmart.com and Amazon.com. T his position will lead a team of three A ssistant eCommerce M edia M anagers , work ing across all of Spectrum Brands business units and brands. In addition to working across the other pillars of the M&M Team (Digital Media and eCommerce Merchandising) this leader will work closely with the eCommerce Sales and Consumer Insights teams to ensure performance data are incorporated into all media mix decision making.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**

*Strategic (70%)*

* Lead the relationships with key strategic media partners for the US and Canada

* Develop full funnel media strategies

* Partner closely with sales, marketing, insights and creative teams

* Support priority products and new product launches with integrated marketing plans

* Ensure retail media plans are in lockstep with holistic brand plans across other digital media partners (social, google, programmatic)

* Return on investment/analytics

* Work closely with Consumer Insights and Analytics to project and track ROI and campaign KPIs

* Lead weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders to share results

* Establish and lead post-buy audit and optimization efforts to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the media plans

* Develop test and learn scenarios to continue to innovate and expand the media mix

* Lead and develop a team of three Assistant eCommerce Media Managers

*Tactical (30%)*

* Execute media plans, creative coordination, optimization and reporting across all platforms

* Manage budgets and timelines for media programs

**Education and Experience Profile**

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Analytics, or equivalent

* 7 years experience in media planning, media buying, eCommerce, Tech or equivalent field

* Mastery of Amazon Advertising is required

**Required Skills**

* Proven experience taking data driven approaches to media

* Proven success of leading direct and/or cross functional teams

* Must have in-platform experience across native media platforms for AMS and WMC

* Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
