Job Title : Staff Engineer /Sr. Staff Engineer – Analog Design

In the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data, this is an exciting time to be at SK hynix NAND America - come join our NAND Design team as a Staff /Senior Staff Engineer and work on one of the most advanced 3D NAND technology products in the world.

SK hynix NAND Flash memory design is part of SK hynix NAND Development America for developing advanced 3D NAND products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Designing and developing Analog and full chip operation in 3D NAND Flash memory products.
• Design and develop Analog circuit design, pump, regulator, LDO, high voltage switch, etc. to meet performance, power consumption, die area, and circuit reliability.
• Full-chip analog operation simulation and verification in program, erase, read, test modes.
• Participate for the Full-chip periphery floor planning and power, ground network design considering noise and IR drop.
• Work closely with layout designers and provide layout guidance and layout check

Minimum Qualifications for Sr. Staff Analog Design Engineer

• At least 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• NAND Design experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience in analog circuit design
• Experience of signal planning and power planning and IR drop evaluation skill
• Experience with commercial schematic and simulation tools

Minimum Qualifications for Staff Analog Design Engineer

• At least 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Hands-on experience running SPICE simulation, and capability to adapt to new simulation tools.

Benefits:

• The base salary range for Sr. Staff Analog Design Engineer: $137,000 - $168,000
  • Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• The base salary range for Staff Analog Design Engineer: $126,000 - $154,000
  • Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

• Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, discretionary bonuses and benefits.
