Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in taking reservations over the phone
- Provide assistance to guests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Operate POS systems, to process guest orders

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong communication and guest relations skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service procedures and etiquette
