Starting Pay Rate: $15.15 per hour

Schedule is rotating (8) hour shifts:

• 1st Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm

• 2nd Shift: 4:00pm – 12:00am (midnight)

• 3rd Shift: 12:00am (midnight) – 8:00am

The Warp Support Operator will be responsible for following all safety operational procedures while efficiently hauling warps to and from the weaving department. It will be essential that the Warp Support Operator supports and integrates Sizemore’s core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork into the daily performance of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Haul warps to and from weaving department
• Lease warps
• Pull over warp
• Clean Out Machines
• Tie warps Hang New Style/Patterns Re-Reed
• Beam Shafting Tape Warps
• Maintain equipment
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in an Industrial environment preferred
• Basic math skills required.
• Should be self-directed to the point of working with no supervision.
• Must comply with client rules including, but not limited to safety, attendance, and other job specifications.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
• Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances.
• Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potential stressful and time sensitive situations.
• Possess problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Working Conditions:

• Work will be performed in an environment with varying temperatures.
• Must be able to hear power equipment operating in work area.
• Must be able to stand and work for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to move around during entire shift.
• Must be able to tie knots and draw ends to IE target.
• Must be able to safely operate powered warp trucks and tuggers.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
