We are looking for fun, exciting and outgoing part-time sales associate/Key Holder who has a passion for fashion. Candidates should have a good understanding of the latest trends in streetwear. Candidates must be mature, responsible, possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Each candidate is required to demonstrate the ability to initiate customer engagement. Experience styling men and women is a preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Open/Close store operations
- Meet individual and company sales goals
- Initiate customer engagement
- Explain products and services to customers
- Maintain inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Provide outstanding customer service while exceeding operational expectations
- Style customers to fit customer’s needs
- Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a small business environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an great customer service
- Basic math and money handling skills.
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
