The family values a stable, nurturing, and development-focused childcare arrangement and hopes to find a nanny who can commit for 2-3 years as their daughter grows.Provide attentive and loving care for their 7-month-old daughter, focusing on her developmental milestones and growth.Engage in stimulating activities, playtime, and outings once trust is established (e.g., trips to the nearby park).Perform light housekeeping duties, including baby laundry and bottle cleaning.Encourage and support our daughter as she reaches new milestones, such as crawling and starting solids.Ideal Candidate: Understands child development and infant milestones.
