We are searching for an exceptional nanny to care for our four-year-old and one-year-old. Our toddler delights in imaginative and physical play. They take time to warm up to new faces, revealing their vibrant personality once they do. The toddler attends half-day preschool during the week. Our one-year-old's schedule primarily revolves around napping and feeding during the day. However, play and engagement is expected. The ideal nanny should be adept at managing the daily routine while both parents work remotely. Experience with a gentle and patient approach to childcare is imperative, and adaptability and proactivity are highly valued. We limit the use of television, and there is no iPad involved, so play with the older child is expected. The nanny should have the skill set to cater to toddler and engage with the older sibling, making prior experience with nanny shares, twins, or siblings a vital asset.Light housework is expected (playroom, kitchen, children's laundry).
