Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a professional attitude and be an energetic individual. A strong customer service background is a must. Multitasking skills are required for this fast-paced environment. Must be friendly and always maintain a positive attitude, must be outgoing, people and goal-oriented, and possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include answer multiple phone lines, contact customers to request information, data entry, assist billing department, computer skills, type messages, opening mail, scanning and uploading documents, perform follow-up and confirmation calls, etc.
Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits package available.
