Position Overview

The Part-Time Office Coordinator is a support role that performs a full range of administrative duties, in addition to project work, and may also provide guidance and limited work direction to others. 

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external Yard Works customers
  • May assist with scheduling deliveries for Yard Works
  • Create and maintain sensitive department records
  • Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate meeting amenities
  • Sign for and record package deliveries and ensure they are delivered to appropriate person
  • Facilitate and organize workflow through supervisor’s office, ensuring all items requiring follow up action are addressed
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills We Are Seeking
  • 2-4 years of administrative/clerical experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and Outlook
  • Possess multi-line telephone experience and possess ability to multi-task
  • Ability to maintain confidential data
  • High school diploma or equivalent
